Home made Egg Tarts

My friends Emily & Mary-Ann love to cook, and they are good cook. I am very lucky to have them to teach me how to make egg tarts and more other things. So lately I am busy with cooking, cooking, and cooking ... ... hehe.



1st time the egg tarts don't look very good. I guess the oven was too hot.



2nd time the egg tarts look much better.
The more you make, the better it is.
