
Last summer when we went to England, we had many Cream Tea for afternoon tea. It was my first time having them. A few days ago I was talking to one of the school mothers Henna about baking and cooking. Yesterday we were baking together, I taught her how to make egg tarts and she taught me how to make Cream Scones. We had a very good time together.

500g zelfrijzend bakmeel
5 theelepel bakpoeder
1 theelepel zout
100g boter
2 zakje vanillesuiker
4 eetlepels suiker
150 ml melk
2 ei

Oven voorverwarmen op 225C
Scones in midden van oven in ca.10 minuten lichtbruin bakken

Scones met jam en slagroom serveren
